I don't think that you are looking for Jmeter, rather for Java profiling
tools. JProbe (certainly not free, but has a trial version) is a commerical
product that does what you seem to be asking for. Try searching for "java
profiling tools" in google. There is a free text-based one that comes with
some versions of the JDK, but it is less than intuitive.
