I don't mean to say that there is a problem with JMeter and untrusted certs. The problem is with sun's JRE and untrusted certs. It doesn't allow them. I'm hearing talk of better support for untrusted certs with JRE 1.3.1_02 and of course 1.4.
I'm curious to hear whether or not anyone on this list has tried these new JRE's with untrusted certs. This might be a topic for some other discussion group.
