That's exactly what the Constant Throughput Timer is suposed to do (or at least, what its author -- me -- intended it to do).

Can you send me your script for analysis?

Hi,

I'm trying to get a constant throughput in a test plan that includes a
loop.

I tried the Constant Throughput Timer first with just a single JDBC call,
and it works fine if there is no loop. However, placing the call in a loop
makes it all goes wierd (doesn't keep throughput constant, seems to go in
fits and starts). I have tried placing the time both inside and outside
the loop, to no avail.

Also, I would like to have a constant throughput for the number of times a
controller is executed. Is there a way to do this?

Many thanks,

David
