No.  And I don't see too much memory consumtion.  I can even create the
simplest of test plans (1 Sampler/ No Listeners / Single Thread ) and it
still locks up.  Everyone in our office has the same setup and the lockups
are fairly widespread.  On my box, I can run tests fine.  Its when I close
Jmeter that is locks up.

I think I've tried that but I can't remember.  We've been struggling with
this for a while now and I finally just started using my Linux box to do my
Jmeter tests.
