Log file per host is easy - just use batch (non-gui) mode to run the tests locally on
each node. The log files would then need to be
combined. This was discussed on this list recently.
Host name in the log file should also be easy.
Just include ${__machineName()} as part of the sampler name, and it will appear in the
log.
