Unfortunately the log has been mangled by the mail system, so it is
difficult to interpret (this is partly why I suggested creating a Bugzilla
issue - but please don't send it as an attachment to the list).
There were some fixes to the proxy which have been made since 1.9.1.
I don't recall if they were in the encoding area, but it would be worth
trying again with 2.0.1.
If 2.0.1 also fails, please create a Bugzilla issue, and attach the
jmeter.properties and the full jmeter.log output (remember to conceal any
private content e.g. passwords) before uploading the attachments, as they
cannot be removed AFAIK...
[BTW, if your server requires cookies, remember to add a cookie manager to
the script, or the replay won't work.]
