If you can assume that the target PC has a USB drive, you could use a
standard Boot CD and use the USB drive for JMeter.

Hi all,

I wondered whether somebody out there has a Linux JMeter Boot CD that
he/she might share?! What I mean is a bootable Linux (Knoppix or
something like it) which is customised to be a JMeter client/server. If
not I'll probably try and do something like that over the next weeks
(months?!).

Oh and why would I need it?!
Because then I could use PC's as load drivers that do not have to be
dedicated machines. It also makes the whole setup easier.
