Sorry I wasn't very cleared.

Each of my custom sampler class extends AbstractJavaSamplerClient and
implements runTest() method which does what it needs to do to interact with
the server. For example, one of the class looks like the following

public class MySamplerClient extends AbstractJavaSamplerClient {

   public SampleResult runTest(JavaSamplerContext context) {
        SampleResult sr = new SampleResult();
        try {
            sr.sampleStart();
            // perform a transaction
            sr.sampleEnd();
       } catch(Throwable e)  {
          getLogger().error("problem!!!", e);
       }

   }

}

During a long running test iteration jmeter printed Test failed! message and
that one thread just ended.
