Unfortunately no.
We are deploying our application into cars that are scattered all over
the state over a slow network (~14.4kbps)
So they need to be backwards compatible.
I haven't looked into why 1.3.1 doesn't compress the xml the same way
as the version we are using.
It was just easier to see if JMeter could be downgraded.
