Tim, I want to build another 'demo' page with amino acids.
I am looking for a good set of .pdb files for the amino acids. By *good* I mean - has hydrogens - has *everything* labeled properly, in terms of CA, CB, OG1, etc. I thought I had found it, but there is something wrong with this set of files. 'select backbone' does not do the right thing. Any ideas?
