Egon, Tim's IP address is on a the SPEWS blacklist ... that means that they think he is a spammer.
So, I think that sourceforge's email servers are refusing to connect to his email server. At first I was thinking that adding him manually would not help. But, in fact, it might. Please add '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' to the list if you can.
