hmm. Bob, you are correct - apparently I have been working with 'customized' Chime apps so long that the true default does not register. but yes: default hbonds are colored by their parent atoms - half-and-half. you would think, or hope, that it would be difficult to speak with my foot in my mouth. but it is obviously still easy to type. ;-) I still like white over yellow, but that is personal preference now. as long as the default color is consistent, Iwill continue to consistently change it to white on my end. :-) regards, tim -- Timothy Driscoll molvisions - see, grasp, learn. <http://www.molvisions.com/> usa:north carolina:wake forest ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: SourceForge.net Broadband Sign-up now for SourceForge Broadband and get the fastest 6.0/768 connection for only $19.95/mo for the first 3 months! http://ads.osdn.com/?ad_id%62&alloc_ida84&op=click _______________________________________________ Jmol-developers mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jmol-developers
