Looks *very* good to me. I believe that we should say that the use of RasMol units is deprecated. We will support it for backwards compatibility, but we do not want to encourage new people to use them. Java only supports three font names: serif, sanserif, monospaced The font styles are: plain, bold, italic, bolditalic I am very happy that you are putting square brackets around your group names ... as in select [CYS]37.SG. I don't think that we should say 'color yellow' ...
