Looks *very* good to me.

I believe that we should say that the use of RasMol units is deprecated.
We will support it for backwards compatibility, but we do not want to
encourage new people to use them. Therefore, I don't think any of our
examples should make reference to them (like spacefill 100).

Same goes for this one ... rather than showing the calculations to convert
25 rasmol units => 0.10 angstroms, I think that we should only show
angstroms.

Using the 'echo' to show the command is very effective. It seems to me
that we/I should pick a default echo color other than red. I never gave it
any thought, but just stuck it there. What color do you want for the
default in Jmol?

Regarding the font command ... Java only supports three font names: serif,
sanserif, monospaced

The font styles are: plain, bold, italic, bolditalic

I am very happy that you are putting square brackets around your group
names ... as in select [CYS]37.SG. I think it is quite important that we
do this

Also very good that you are using : in front of the chain specification.

I don't think that we should say 'color yellow' ... I think we should say
'color atoms yellow' in our examples.

I think it looks really good.
