It's a reverse-order list, newest at the top:
jmol: Script completed jmol: jmol: 24 atoms selected jmol: moveTo .1 .2 .3 30 3 jmol: Jmol executing script ... user: moveTo .1 .2 .3 30 3 jmol: Script completed jmol: jmol: 24 atoms selected jmol: moveTo 1 2 3 4 5 jmol: Jmol executing script ...
As you can see, that message from Jmol from the moveTo is blank, unless it's in a second parameter. (the atoms selected return comes from this being added to a default script. I know that's not obvious.)

It should be coming through just before the 'Script completed' message
Not sure how you are handling your message queue. But the 'script completed' message isn't showing up anyplace either.
