Yes that would probably work but since it will probably be displayed in 16x16, it should be better to also have a 16x16 icon. I think manual resizing is better since you can retouch the result :) So, anyone can design an icon ? I would do it but I'm really not good at graphics :p I will add it to Jmol website. Ideally, we should have different resolutions for this icon : 16x16, 32x32, 48x48 and 64x64 are the most common sizes for icons I believe. Also, probably it should be better to have a version with only 16 colors and one with more (256 colors should be good). If someone is willing to do the different images, I can group them in a .ico file.
