Hallo!
I'm just new so forgive me if that is a stupid question. I'm wondering what I have to change to see the println output. Right now I don't get what I print out with System.out.println or System.err.println and it's hard to debug without it...
Also I have another question. Is there already a setting in Jmol to get labels for the amino acid positions instead of the atom numbers?
