Summary: Picking modes to display measurments

Initial Comment:
G'day,

Currently, measurements are made using a
double-left-click ... double-left-click action. Some
users, especially beginners, prefer to use a "picking"
style of interface (left-mouse clicks) to measure
structures. To support new users please provide an
additional picking style for measurement as outlined below:

1. When the picking mode is "angle", "distance" or
"torsion" then picking atoms in the viewer should also
render measurement in the viewer. So, for example

"set picking angle"
left-click atom A1
left-click atom A2
left-click atom A3

should be an equivalent experience to

double-left-click atom A1
left-click atom A2
double-left-click atom A3

This remains the case until the picking mode is
changed. Similarly, for distance and torsion.

2. When using double-click ... double-click to make
measurements, echo the atom IDs and final measurement
to the console.

3. A "Picking" sub-menu is added to the pop-up menu
that allows the user to set the picking mode to
"Angle", "Distance" or "Torsion" (possibly others).
