I have checked in code that supports translucent colors for all objects. The 'color' command can now take optional arguments of 'translucent' or 'opaque'.
color atoms translucent green color bonds yellow color cartoons translucent [xFF0000] Because of this generic mechanism, the specialized support for 'translucent/opaque' in 'polyhedra' and 'pmesh' has been removed. polyhedra translucent #NO LONGER VALID pmesh opaque #NO LONGER VALID instead, color polyhedra translucent orange color pmesh translucent white Note that at this time the 'translucent' and 'opaque' modifiers cannot be combined with the specialized color schemes. Nor can they be used as standalone items. color bonds translucent # NOT VALID color atoms translucent cpk # NOT VALID color ribbons translucent shapely # NOT VALID Let me know if you encounter bugs.
