Ack, but the list is reasonable well defined. You have remove the files 
mentioned:

$ more apisio.classes
org/jmol/viewer/JmolConstants.java
org/jmol/api/JmolAdapter.java
org/jmol/adapter/smarter/*.java

Does that help enough?
