I am investigating if it is possible to integrate JmolViewer into my Java program. I notice that JmolViewer accepts Ramol script on the commandline when being launched. After that, users have to right click the mouse to select command from a pop up menu. My question is whether JmolView
has provided some user interface to allow my program to send Rasmol command to it. In other words, can I my program play the role of a user to customize the display of a protein?
