Nico recently added the capability to load more than one file at a time
and display them concurrently, as different frames/models. The syntax is

I don't know what you have added, but what I did worked only for the atoms and
that's all (bonds were created only with the autobonding feature, but were not
read correctly from the files). All the other structures need work.
I added the autobonding for combinations of PDB and XYZ files.
I see that autobonding doesn't necessarily get done. If I load a MOL
file and then an XYZ file, the XYZ file doesn't get autobonded (because
so many bonds are there. BUT, maybe this isn't so bad. All you need to
do is:
