The Spartan smol reader still does one thing differently than for
instance the Gaussian and NWChem readers. The latter two first have a
structure itself without any vibrational information. This one is
followed by all the structures with the vibrational frequencies (they
actually also set the 'path' and name of the atomsets so that the
AtomSetChooser can show the different sets of structures and one can
easily see which vibration (energy and symmetry) the structure contains).

I've set Jmol to NOT show vectors by default. Is that OK? My reasoning
is that one may be interested in the vectors, but not necessarily,
and then they would be a pain to have to always turn off.
