Why not exposing the wishlist ? There's nothing secret about it and it's 
already available in the mailing list for everyone.

It's only a wishlist (we could rename the TODO list in Wishlist), there's no 
garantee that each wish will be implemented.

And it's an open-source project, so there's not a single person that decides 
what should or shouldn't be in the project.

I think that the wiki list is enough, since anyone can edit it when he has 
implemented one of the features, or when he thinks of a new wish.

I find it a lot easier to follow the wishes status on a single page than 
browsing through several mails ;)
