On both machines? At the same time? While loading a molecule, or while running 
the script commands? What was the load of your machines at the time?

Not sure what you mean here. The applets *only* run locally, so nothing to do 
more clientside... the server is only involved in downloading (uploading from 
the server perspective) of the applet jar's, and the molecular file...
