Ok: As usual an applet runs on your machine. I wanted to get that straigth.
The problem is with both the server (load of molecules and orbitals) and the scripts (which run on the applet locally, the "where does the applet runs?" doubt came along when I loaded some cube files to render orbitals and changed the isosurface value, it goes much slower when the server is under heavy load, I know is because everytime you change the isosurface you have to reload the .cube file when using the isosurface command). But what about oscillations, it happens the same thing when the server is under load, the applet stutters and soen't produce fluid animations. BTW Bob, that AJAX thing you manage to do with the 10.x.23 version, does affect functions like applet or jmolScript? I'll have to get to mess with it. Thanks for the feedback. Definitevly have to migrate to jvxl. But caused the intregue was the oscilations.
