Summary: Jmol applet misses a beta strand
Initial Comment:
When visualizing azurin (1azu.pdb) using rockets I get
only 7 beta strands (arrows). There should be eight
arrows. The missing arrow is for the beta strand
running from atomno>=581 to atomno<=611. Maybe it's a
little too short? Is there some minimum length for
beta strands in the jmol applet?
