It would be good to get something in place in terms of getProperty and jmolScriptWait
Angel, how about setting up something on that home page like you did where you click on an image and it loads the applet into that div? I'm tired of waiting for the applet to load just so I can click on a link from that page. It just seems unnecessary to load the applet immediately on the home page.
