Tim and others,

I downloaded the DRuMS package, and it seems to me you have done exactly
what needs to be done -- a script for each scheme. I don't think we
could do any differently making this "native" other than simply saving
those files within the applet and applying them as scripts. This amounts
to almost no space at all (2K), but I think the thing to discuss is
whether that's really the best thing to do. Wouldn't it be smartest to
leave them as they are as resources that could be read if desired,
modified by users as desired (I see you already have that in mind with
the "RNA options" that are there), and just loaded as scripts as needed?
Do we really want to hardwire them into Jmol?

These are nice. Let's figure out the best way to deliver them.

Bob
