        I have set up a site that gives lots of example VSEPR shapes.  At  
some point I was planning to add the capability to turn the lcao  
cartoons on and off to represent the lone pairs.  I think the lcao  
cartoons can be used to make this work.  You may want to take a look  
at my site and some of the others out there before you reinvent the  
wheel.  If modifications of my site would meet your needs I would be  
willing to collaborate on that.
