David, check out the very latest Jmol version (11.1.48), which includes a new "lp" option for lcaocartoon. <http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/docs?command=lcaocartoon> The two dots are not there, but the lobes are. And with the isosurface command you can direct lobes anywhere you want, make them any size and dimension that you want -- basically customize them anyway you want. I guess if you really wanted to, you could even create the dots yourself using the draw command and move them anywhere you want using "set picking draw".
That is, all the pieces are there; you should be able to move ahead on this without hesitation.
