I think that commenting them out for the time being is a good idea. There are cases where you might want to load your own surface files and I can imagine wanting to have the ability to load different molecules in from a menu. However, for the novice user I think the resizable case with script buttons is probably more generally useful. Thanks for all your hard work on this.
