I added one line to Compiler.java, and now single quotes are allowed in atom names, site_ids, group names, and variable names.
a = 3 a' = 4 a'' = 6 print a * a' select *.o2' select [np'] select n2' As far as I can tell, since we don't allow single quotes to serve where double quotes are required, this seems to be ok.
