Though the only molecule is deleted, there are still atoms when using the API.
Here the details: Script console: $ delete 1.1 1,921 atoms deleted As expected, the Atoms are not shown any more. Only the cartoon remains. In the context menu the menu "Select" is deactivated which makes sense. But I do not understand that there are still Atoms when I access the org.jmol.viewer.Viewer object: viewer.getModelCount() returns 1 viewer.getAtomCountInModel(0) returns 1921 and viewer.getModelFileName(0) returns a file path.
