I have two questions concerning the Jmol APPLET!!!
1) Is it possible to change the default atom colors? With 'normal' Jmol I changed the colors in the ./jmol/jmol_atomtypes.txt file.
2) Is there a way that one can calculate interatomic distances? If I right-click, the Java Applet Window says that it can show Measurements...
If the possiblity to measure distances, angles etc. is not yet implemented, will this feature be included in future versions?
Furthermore, I have a very general question. I read that Jmol did work perfectly with Mac OS X. Is there any news of improvements with Panther (10.3), which seems to have Java 1.4 and the latest version of Safari ????
