I don't think this works. Presumably the reason they are identified by two
separate HELIX records is because there is a signficant bend.

I think this is probably the right thing to do. But I don't know how to
calculate the diameter of this rope.

I suppose another option would be to add something else ... a dotted line
or a dotted cylinder.

So these four cylinders are back-to-back

select :a.ca & (124-150)

**Note** The current calculation of the cylinder axes is *not* correct.
The axis is currently defined by the first alpha carbon and last alpha
carbon in the helix. However, that does not affect the nature of this
discussion ... what to do about 'adjoining' cylinders.
