Jmol10pre5 is not available at

This release includes:
- full support for ssbonds
- RasMol/Chime compatible support for protein backbone hbonds
- cpk color scheme switch to RasMol/Chime
- menu system changes under Display styles
- support for pdb insertion codes
- full list of element names
(select europium or francium or californium :-)
- bug fixes
Admittedly, there are a *lot* of changes in this code, to many to formally
qualify as a final 'beta test' of production-ready code ... c'est la vie.
We fixed many bugs and introduced a few more. Let us know what you find out.
