I agree that a dotted line is too easy to overlook. But Jmol supports a 'dotted cylinder'. You can specify a width ... and make them big and fat. hbonds .15 > so my opinion, for those who care, is that there should be an option for > rendering hydrogen bonds as solid cylinders, but the default should be > dotted lines. Please take a look at the current implementation. Then, if you *still* say that you want solid cylinders, I will seriously consider it as an option.
