up version of a RHS.  unless I am misunderstanding the situation, supporting
both options, and having the orientation scriptable, would solve the problem
of importing Chime MOVE commands:

set axes chime
   # I chose 'chime' because rasmol is still being developed
   # and it is possible that the rasmol behavior may change

move 34 -45 12 70 4 36 -21 0 3.5
   # move command from chime

set axes default

# anything after this command uses the Jmol orientation.
