I am unable to reproduce this problem using 1FZ9 checked out from the rcsb.

Please let me know if you can reproduce it or if you encounter other
problems.

(I believe that you had some other problem that I could not reproduce ...
perhaps there was some problem with the version of Jmol that you had.)
