Fixed and checked in. The problem was that caused by the fact that the group/residue names start with digits. Do you happen to know if there are any residue names which have more than one digit that start with zero ... as in select [01A] The single digit zero by itself would not be a problem ... select [0AB] If so, then the parser will have more problems.
