Jmol does nothing special to support cut/paste.

It works fine on Linux and on Win32

The functionality is provided by the underlying Java implementation.

The interactions with the native GUI are the responsibility of the Java
platform.


Someone with a Mac will have to investigate this.

I doubt if they are related. Delivering URLs to the Jmol application as
part of a helper application is part of the command-line arguments to
Jmol.
