John, I think that everyone took your question seriously. And it was a *very good* question. I encourage you not to worry about it. Since you were the author of the email which raised the subject, I am sure your perspective was somewhat different. But, from my perspective, I interpreted the humorous responses as a light-hearted diversion, nothing more. *Everyone* uses PowerPoint ... including those who may cast dispersions on it ... because it is an excellent piece of software ... dare I say ... like almost *all* of the MSFT products. Rest assured that I am thinking *very* hard about how to make the applet into an ActiveX control. It could then be embedded into PowerPoint (or other MSFT applications), and that might just be the *killer app* for Jmol.
