Xavier, I'm not sure exactly what type of information you are looking for. The format of an .xyz file is very simple. line 1 = atom count line 2 = optional molecule name following lines - atom definitions each atom location is: atomic-symbol x-coordinate y-coordinate z-coordinate The coordinates are in angstroms.
