Therefore, I felt it was best to consistently use the same color for the same chain identifier. The exact colors can be changed. In this case, clearly the two shades need to be more widely separated. Note that the HETATM chain colors are currently not correct ... they need to be a shade which is different from the ATOMs that are in the same chain.
