may be, the scheme should start cycling with the first chain in the file
regardless whether it is called :A or :H



My understanding is that in some areas they have 'conventions' which
generally use the same chain identifier. Therefore, I felt it was best to
consistently use the same color for the same chain identifier.


:Heavy  and :Light, :Large, :Small  or :Medium chains are very common.

The exact colors can be changed. In this case, clearly the two shades need
to be more widely separated.



Note that the HETATM chain colors are currently not correct ... they need
to be a shade which is different from the ATOMs that are in the same
chain.
