The only method for executing scripts is script(String scriptText) The script text is almost any RasMol/Chime script (plus Jmol extensions) There currently is no documentation on the callbacks. Search the web for documentation on how to use the Chime documentation. If someone on Jmol-users has experience and can share this ith Bob then that would be great.
