:-) When problems with "messed up" PDB entries crop up one might want to check the mmCIF version of the file to see if the problems have been corrected. PDB entries are "as-is" from the authors but some problems left uncorrected by the authors have been fixed by the PDB staff in the mmCIF versions of those entries. I have no idea if 1D66 is "fixed" or not but it might be worth a look.
