A small suggestion ...

Unlike Jmol/Chime, Jmol has the ability to draw hbonds with a larger
diameter than 1 pixel. One can say:

hbonds 0.15

And one will get a 'broken cylinder' rendering with a 0.15 Angstrom
radius. It works just like 'wireframe {radius}'

When looking at small chunks it can make the hbonds much easier to see.

Additionally, you can use 'color hbonds {your-favorite-color}' to
separately color the hbonds to make them more visible.
