I am very glad that you were able to convert your site from Chime to Jmol.I am doing the same with cell biology and molecular genetics courses. I have to say that if it hadn't been for Jmol I would have stopped trying to improve my pages, when the old chime was starting to give problems with not every platform/browser being capable of visualizing the models.
My personal motivation for getting involved in Jmol was to support educators like yourself who have made such an investment in Chime-based web resources.
I am not saying this just to please you and your coworkers.
I think the statement has to be made: jmol is doing a great job in that it is a good start for the development of new tutorials, yet gives us the ability to preserve the results of former work, made with chime, that we all love and value very much. The second point is probably the most important: if I had to start re-thinking my pages in a totally different way, I would have given up.
