[Jmol-users] netscape 7.2 not working anymore

Hi all,
suddenly the netscape 7.2 version I am using on a macOSX 10.3.5 platform doesn't visualize applets anymore. Safari is still working perfectly, so it shouldn't be a major java issue, but I have the feeling that it could have started when updating to java 1.4.2 update 2 that was out only a few days ago.
Having started to doubt, I also checked IE for the first time (version 5 on my system) and found it to be perfectly reading the applet and scripts, but the buttons don't work!
Any ideas/suggestions?
